한국 소비자께서는 한국어 이용약관을 확인해 주십시오. 한국어 약관은 공정거래위원회 표준약관 제10023호를 기반으로 작성되어 있으며, 양 약관 간 불일치가 있을 경우 한국 소비자에게는 한국어 약관이 우선 적용됩니다.

These terms govern your purchase and use of LockStack and the lockstack.net website. By installing, using, or buying LockStack you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software. These terms operate alongside the South Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률, “전자상거래법”) and the Framework Act on Consumers (소비자기본법), neither of which can be waived.

Article 1 — Parties (당사자)

“We,” “us,” or “JindoPrompt” means ® JindoPrompt, located at Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea (경기도 성남시 분당구).

“You” means the individual or legal entity that purchases or uses LockStack.

Article 2 — Definitions (정의)

Article 3 — Effect & modification of terms (약관의 효력 및 변경)

These terms become effective when displayed on the website. We may modify them and will post notice on the website at least 7 days before the changes take effect; changes adverse to consumers will be posted at least 30 days before, per 전자상거래법 Article 8. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you reject the modification, you may request termination of your licence and a refund of unused value (if any) within 30 days of the notice.

Article 4 — Licence grant (이용허락)

LockStack is sold under a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. On purchase you receive the right to:

JindoPrompt retains all intellectual property rights in the LockStack software, prompts, branding, documentation, and website. You retain full ownership of the content you generate — we claim no rights in your campaign output.

Article 7 — Pricing & payment (대금)

Prices are listed on the website in US dollars. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy may add applicable sales tax or VAT based on your jurisdiction. Your contract for the underlying licence is with us; your contract for the payment processing is with Lemon Squeezy.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal & refunds (청약철회 및 환불)

Consumer purchases are governed by 전자상거래법 Article 17 (right of withdrawal). LockStack additionally offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee that exceeds the statutory 7-day minimum. Full procedure and exceptions are described in the Refund Policy.

Article 9 — Updates & service continuity (서비스 변경·중단)

We may release updates, patches, and feature additions at our discretion. We may discontinue a major version with at least 90 days’ notice; the binaries you have installed will continue to function indefinitely because LockStack is a desktop application that does not require server-side services.

Article 10 — Disclaimer of warranties (보증의 부인)

To the extent permitted by 소비자기본법 and consumer-protection law, LockStack is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those statutorily required. We make no guarantee that the generated content will rank in search results, drive traffic, convert visitors, or comply with any specific platform’s policies. Search-engine ranking depends on many factors outside our control. Statutory consumer protections are not waived by this clause.

Article 11 — Limitation of liability (책임의 제한)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to LockStack is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data. This clause does not limit liability for damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be limited under Korean law.

Article 12 — Indemnity (면책)

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your use of LockStack, including content you generate and publish using it. This obligation does not apply to claims caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 14 — Governing law & jurisdiction (준거법 및 관할)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes is the Seoul Central District Court (서울중앙지방법원), except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise; consumers retain the right to bring claims in their place of residence as required by Korean and applicable foreign law.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
